It applies when all of these are true:

  • Irish Code assessed scope Q_IE_OSC_IN_SCOPE: YES

…unless:

  • Section 12 shall not be interpreted as precluding the uploading or sharing of video content that contains violent or distressing imagery where such content has been uploaded or shared as a contribution to civic discourse on a matter of public interest,...
